It is vital as a Support Analyst to be able to provide detailed support and advice for a number of web based technologies. Support may include resolving both major and minor issues which occur in the use of technologies. This will also entail recommending suitable technologies for given tasks and providing a detailed analysis of the chosen technologies benefits and uses.

It is essential to have experience in a range of current web and infrastructure technologies that are suitable for a number of different scale solutions and varying business types that can be applied to a given situation.

  • Microsoft .Net
  • Component Object Model (COM,COM+)
  • Internet Information Services (IIS)
  • Object Orientated Principles (OO)
  • LAN/WAN Implementation
  • Microsoft Server

Your ability to provide solutions to hardware and software problems as well as the ability to communicate these solutions and recommendations at all levels is key.

It is important in a role of this nature that your experience and technical knowledge is of a high level and that you have the ability to work within a team of fellow highly technical professionals working with modern infrastructure technologies.
